Warranty
We offer a full service warranty for a period after your purchase. If there is anything you are not satisfied with that is "our fault" you are welcome to bring it in, and we will take a look at it. The service warranty covers the service of the bicycle, while any spare parts come at a cost.
The warranty does not cover external damage, meaning if something happens to the bike due to misuse or if it has taken a hit/impact.
Between March and September is high season, and we cannot fix any bikes during the weekends as there are too many customers. However, you are welcome to drop off the bike, and we will fix it during the weekdays.
Money back. Through the years many customers have bought a bike and returned it a week later when they leave Stockholm or similar (free biking). Thus we charge a fee of 500kr for every started week as "rent" for the period of the bike in the customers possession, regardless reason. See competitors rental pricing here
